The
registration fee is $400. This includes two evening meals
(reception and banquet), daily breakfasts (from 8am to 10am), and
afternoon teas with pastries.

Please note: As
currently
implemented, the security certificate
for the registration form is done in-house, by our Department systems
manager. It is safe, but to access the form you may have to
"accept" the
certificate (or grant an "exception" to your browser's security
rules). Exactly how this is done depends on what browser you
