The success of the Miami 2004 topical conference encouraged the organizers to have a sequel.  Check back to this page from time to time for up-to-date information about Miami 2005.

Participation in the meeting is by invitation only, but requests to be invited to the conference may be made by email. 

The registration webpage and the hotel reservation pages are available online.  However, the discounted rate for rooms at the hotel is only available to invited, registered conference participants.
